How to Measure Your Foot Length
Grab a sheet of paper and a pen.
Place the paper against a wall and stand on it with your heels touching the wall.
Mark the spot at the tip of your longest toe (it helps to have someone assist you).
Measure the distance from the edge of the paper (heel) to the line you marked (toe).
Do not add anything extra - toe room is already built into the shoe.
Compare your measurement with our size chart above.
Compare with Your Current Shoes
You can also check your existing shoes to see which size fits you best. Below, you'll find a comparison chart between different brands and our sizes — helping you choose your perfect fit with confidence.

4.9/5.0 — Loved by 500,000+ American Workers
Why 500,000+ Service Workers Switched to Norvan™ Pro
Most "comfort shoes" feel fine on day one — then flatten out within 2 weeks, bringing the agony back.
Norvan™ is engineered for demanding 8–12 hour shifts.
With heavy-duty cushioning, a wide pressure-free toe box, ultra-breathable mesh, and podiatrist-approved support, it keeps your feet aligned, stable, and completely pain-free all day.
That's why nurses, warehouse crews, kitchen staff, and caregivers say:
"It's the first shoe that actually gets me through my shift."
What Makes Norvan™ Pro Different?
The majority of shoes are designed for light walking — not standing for an 8-12 hour period on concrete or other tough surfaces.
Norvan™ Pro was developed specifically for actual employees with extensive shifts:
✓Relieves discomfort in the heel, arch, and lower back
✓Accommodates 12-hour shifts on hard flooring
✓Spacious toe box (avoids pressure and bunion issues)
✓Skid-Resistant Utility Sole
✓4-Level impact-reducing cushioning
✓Anatomically engineered foot alignment
Real Relief for Foot, Heel & Back Pain
Spending all day on hard surfaces places excessive strain on your feet, heels, knees, and lower back.
Norvan™ Pro features podiatrist-engineered cushioning and targeted heel alignment to absorb impact, decrease inflammation, and support proper full-body posture throughout demanding workdays.
✓Alleviates plantar fasciitis and heel discomfort
✓Lessens strain on knees and the lower back
✓Enhances body posture during extended shifts
✓Accommodates swollen and wider feet
✓Helps prevent throbbing pain at the end of the day
Engineered for Real Work Environments
Most footwear is crafted for basic walking — not slick kitchen tiles, smooth hospital hallways, or tough warehouse flooring.
Norvan™ Pro is built specifically for the environments where shift workers spend their entire day:
✓Anti-Skid Work Tread
✓Reinforced heel support for concrete surfaces
✓Ventilated mesh fabric for high-temperature settings
✓Heavy-duty outsole crafted for extended 12-hour shifts
✓Ultra-lightweight construction minimizes leg fatigue

The answer to my prayers!!!!! No need for breaking them in, comfortable right out of the box. They accommodate swollen feet, but have lots of cushioning, they even alleviate my knee pain! And they don't look like my grandma's shoes. I got the black one and they are true to size.
I stand in basically the same spot making drinks for hours, which kills my arches. These shoes keep my feet from collapsing inward. My legs don’t feel heavy anymore when I get home. Very impressed.

I stand next to machines and monitors for hours. Before these, my feet would burn by noon. Now I can go through the whole shift without thinking about my feet. That alone is worth the money.
These are great shoes! I am going to get another pair. Arch support is really great and there is plenty of room for my wide feet, they are light weight easy to put on and they look good too. I really love these shoes because there is plenty of room for my wide feet, they allow your feet to spread out with great support. I highly recommend
I’ve been searching for true comfort in a shoe for a long time. I have hammer toes, a wide foot, and a high instep and these shoes manage to address every one of those issues. The included insert gives great arch support, and the soft upper material doesn’t bother my hammer toes at all. I’m so happy with them that I’ve already ordered a second pair in another colour.
Im a nurse and I got this shoes just recently. Very comfortable and supportive for long shifts. My heel pain is much better by the end of the day. Took about a day to get used to the feel, but once I did, they’ve been great.
I’m an ER nurse on my feet 12+ hours. My plantar fasciitis was getting so bad I would literally limp to my car after every shift. I bought these shoes out of desperation and wow… the arch support actually does something. First shift in them and the stabbing heel pain was cut in half. After a week, it’s almost gone. Haven’t felt this kind of relief in years.

I do 10–12 hour shifts at a fulfillment center. Hard concrete floors destroy your feet. These shoes honestly saved me. The cushioning feels thick but stable, and my lower back pain is way less. Didn’t expect such a difference from shoes, but here we are. Already buying the BOGO so I have a backup pair.

Most shoes I buy wear out in 4–6 weeks from walking 20k–25k steps per shift. These are holding up way better. Cushion still feels fresh. No flattening. I’m buying a second pair just in case they stop selling them.
I always struggled with swelling during long shifts at the store. Most shoes squeeze my toes by hour 5. These have a wider toe box and it’s such a relief. No more numb toes. No more burning feeling. I can actually move around comfortably for my whole shift.
As a CNA, it’s constant lifting, bending, walking. My lower back was killing me for months. After wearing these for two weeks, I can honestly say my back pain is way better. The heel support feels different than normal sneakers. Wish I found these earlier.
As an EMT I am working 72hrs on and only 24hr off.. my feet, back and legs are always an issue.. at the stations I work most of the employees have the same issue.. I can say I’d like to try the shoes but not sure if this is a fact of helping me through my days & nights.. I’ll give it more thought and ask around about shoes.. thank you
